Product Update

Our Product Catalog has been updated to April 2008! Large Standard Dampers 30356 and 30386/7/8 have a new torque of 2.4 Ncm. These dampers are now available in 6 vicosities ranging from 2.2 to 12 Ncm. Please take a moment and check out our damper durability characteristics. You may be suprised, for example, did you know that our Small Standard Dampers can withstand 160,000 revolutions at the speed of 150 rpm's without losing it's function!!

Did you know?

The meaning of Ncm is Newton Centimetres and it is used to measure  a torque relative to a rotating axis. We measure our torques in Ncm because of our customers using the metric system. Torque may also be measured in in-oz which means Inch per Ounce.[17.04.2008 mt]

ITW Produx team would like to wish all customers and visitors a very happy and prosperous NEW YEAR!!                                                                                                                     New at ITW Produx in 2008!!                                                                                              We would like to introduce 2 additional viscosities to our Large Standard Damper collection. The dampers 30356 and 30386/7/8 are now available with 2,80 and 12,0 Ncm too. Additionaly, our 16mm Hinge Dampers are available in 2 different viscosities. The damper 30476 has a torque of 6.20 Ncm and the 30390 has a torque of 8,0 Ncm. Don't forget, you are able to download the current Product Catalog directly from our websit. [03.01.2008 mt]

 

More To Offer

We would like to announce 2 new viscosities to our Small Standard Damper collection. Torques with 0,55  Ncm and 0,70  Ncm are now available. That means we now offer 8 different torques in the range from 0,25 Ncm to 2,20 Ncm. In addition, we added a new damper to our Hinge Damper collection. Damper 30394-9 is 54 mm’s long and offers a very high torque of 65 Ncm. Last but not least, we just updated our Product Catalog which includes the new torques and the new Hinge Damper. Quality Section

ITW Produx Quality section has a new tool called Werth ScopeCheck 300. We are now capable of measuring in 3D and 2D optical, Contour image processing and compatible with CAD, photo / video.     [13.06.2007 mt]

 

Risk Management

ITW Produx has its own development section were Design Engineers work together with Project Managers and their customers to develop the right product for the right application.
During development phases, ITW Produx uses an application software called IQ-RM 5.1 for Risk Management which gives a structured and consistent approach to performing Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).     [08.06.2007 mt]
